We are a private real estate, investment and business advisory company. Our registered base is in Brčko District, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Sarajevo is our central operational point. Bosnia and Herzegovina is our primary market.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with signea.ba. It is written for this website and for SIGNEA’s way of working. It is not a generic agency template.

This website is not a property portal. It does not contain a public catalogue, user accounts, favourites or a search of listings. Selected properties intended for the public market are published on SIGNEA’s official OLX profile. Off-market and private matters are handled through direct communication.

We collect only what is needed to operate the website and to respond to you.

Discretion and confidentiality
Discretion is a SIGNEA standard, not a marketing line.
Information concerning a client’s assets, capital, business plans, negotiations and intentions is treated as confidential. It is used only for the agreed purpose of the engagement. Information is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis, and only with those whose involvement is required.
Where the nature of the work or the client’s requirements call for it, the relationship may be further protected through a Non-Disclosure Agreement before sensitive information is exchanged in detail.

Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data and we do not pass enquiries to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Personal data may be accessed by:
- authorised persons within SIGNEA, only as needed to handle your enquiry or engagement
- service providers who help us operate the website and communications, such as hosting, website maintenance, form processing, security and, where enabled with consent, analytics
- professional advisers or specialists, only where this is necessary for a specific assignment and only to the extent required
- public authorities, where we are legally obliged to disclose information
Where we work with processors, they are required to process personal data only on our instructions and with appropriate safeguards.
If you follow the public offer link to OLX, you leave this website. OLX processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. SIGNEA is not the controller of that platform.
The language switcher may use a third-party translation service. That service may process technical data needed to display the selected language.
Cookies and analytics
